Bachelor's Degree Programmes To apply for Bachelor’s Degree Programmes, the general requirement is to have an upper secondary level education diploma or qualification that gives eligibility for higher education in the awarding country. You can also apply with your previous higher education degree (Bachelor or Master’s level). The first step is to find the right programme for you! Tuition fee and scholarship information Citizens of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) countries are not required to pay tuition fees in Finland. However, students coming from outside the EU/EEA are liable to pay tuition fees as of 2017. Along with the tuition fees, all the Universities of Applied Sciences have created systems for awarding scholarships for fee-paying students. The level of tuition fees and the scholarship criteria differ from institution to institution.
